摘　　要：目的观察悬吊牵引结合经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效。方法选取2016年8月至2019年11月于本院行PKP治疗的78例单椎体OVCF患者,随机分为观察组(悬吊牵引结合PKP)与对照组(行PKP),各39例。比较两组VAS疼痛评分、伤椎前缘高度压缩比、伤椎Cobb角。结果术后24 h,两组VAS评分低于术前(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义。术后,两组伤椎前缘高度压缩比均高于术前,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组伤椎Cobb角均小于术前,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论悬吊牵引结合PKP治疗OVCF效果显著,能更好恢复椎体高度、纠正伤椎Cobb角。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)by percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)with suspending traction.Methods 78 cases of OVCF treated by PKP were selected from August 2016 to November 2019 in our hospital,and they were randomly divided into observation group(underwent PKP with suspending traction)and control group(underwent PKP),with 39 cases in each group.The VAS pain score,compression ratio of the injured vertebral front height and Cobb angle of injured vertebrae were compared between the two groups.Results 24 hours after operation,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before operation(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups.After operation,the compression ratio of the injured vertebral front height in the two groups were higher than before operation,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).After operation,the Cobb angle of injured vertebrae in the two groups were less than before operation,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Suspension traction combined with PKP is effective in the treatment of OVCF,which can better restore the height of vertebral body and correct the Cobb angle of injured vertebral body.
