摘　　要：目的探讨塞来昔布治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)效果及对临床症状类风湿因子(RF)的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年9月本院收治的96例类风湿关节炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各48例。对照组采用布洛芬联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组采用塞来昔布联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状及类风湿因子改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.83%)高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组关节疼痛评分、肿胀评分及血沉水平明显低于对照组,晨僵时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组RF、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论塞来昔布治疗类风湿关节炎效果显著,可改善临床症状、类风湿因子,临床应用价值高。Objective To explore the effect of celecoxib in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and its impact on clinical symptoms of rheumatoid factor(RF).Methods 96 patients with rheumatoid arthritis from January 2017 to September 2018 were selected and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ibuprofen combined with methotrexate,the observation group was treated with celecoxib combined with methotrexate,and the clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and rheumatoid factor improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.83%)was higher than that in the control group(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the joint pain score,swelling score and ESR level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the morning stiffness time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,RF and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Celecoxib is effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,it can improve clinical symptoms and rheumatoid factor,and has high clinical value.
