孕中期母血清抑制素A与妊娠期相关疾病的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨孕中期母血清抑制素A的变化与母体妊娠期合并症的相关性。方法选取2017年1—12月于本院正常产检的孕妇为研究对象,采集孕妇孕中期(15~21^(+6)周)外周血,检测血清抑制素A的水平,产前筛查软件将浓度转化成中位数倍数(MOM值)。随访孕妇孕期合并症与妊娠结局,统计分析妊娠期并发症与抑制素A的变化。结果子痫前期、胆汁淤积综合征组孕中期抑制素A水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。妊娠期糖尿病、甲状腺减低症组抑制素A水平差异无统计学意义。结论孕中期母血清抑制素A水平与孕妇子痫前期、胆汁淤积症具有相关性,妊娠期甲减、糖尿病与抑制素A水平无相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of maternal serum inhibin A and maternal pregnancy complications in the second trimester.Methods The pregnant women who underwent normal prenatal examination in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and the peripheral blood of pregnant women in the second trimester(15-21^(+6) weeks)was collected,and the level of serum inhibin A was detected,and the prenatal screening software converts the concentration into the median multiple(MOM)was analyzed by prenatal screening software.Follow up the comorbidities and pregnancy outcomes of each pregnant woman during pregnancy,and statistically analyze the changes in pregnancy complications and inhibin A.Results Serum inhibin A in pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and cholestasis syndrome was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gestational diabetes,thyroid dysfunction and statin A.Conclusion Maternal blood inhibin A levels during the second trimester were correlated with maternal hypertension and cholestasis during pregnancy,while hypothyroidism,diabetes,and inhibin A levels were not correlated during pregnancy.
