摘　　要：采用SWOT分析法,对城市屋顶运动发展的优势、劣势、机会及挑战进行了探析,认为优势在于城市屋顶空间资源丰富、屋顶运动具备独特魅力;劣势在于屋顶运动在我国尚处于起步阶段,屋顶运动市场缺乏规范,屋顶开发缺乏规划设计,影响其有序发展和有效开发;但近年我国体育消费市场迅猛发展为屋顶运动提供了发展契机,国家相关政策文件的出台则使屋顶运动成为现实可能;而能有效解决安全、环境、产权等风险或纠纷,则是屋顶运动现行发展面临的最大挑战,文章对此提出了一些对策。As a new thing,rooftop sports are gradually emerging in a few cities,but in the process of development,they have encountered obstacles and even demolition of rooftop buildings.This paper uses SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of urban rooftop sports,and concludes that the advantages lie in the rich space resources of urban rooftop space resources and the unique charm of rooftop sports;the disadvantages lie in the fact that rooftop sports are still in their infancy in China,the rooftop sports market lacks regulation,and the lack of planning and design for rooftop development,which affects its orderly and effective development.In recent years,the rapid development of Chinese sports consumption market has provided an opportunity for rooftop sports to develop,and the introduction of relevant national policy documents has made rooftop sports a reality.However,the biggest challenge to the current development of rooftop sports is whether the risks or disputes over safety,environment and property rights can be effectively resolved.some countermeasures are put forward.
