摘　　要：现有家装市场中安装环境多种多样,为了应对复杂环境,各供应商开发出多中开关结构进行应对。本文以安装环境、开关结构为研究对象,运用有限元、简化测试平台对比分析了在两种安装环境中开关机构的固定架变形情况,以定性与定量方式分析开关失效与安装环境之间关联。There are various installation environments in the existing home improvement market.In order to cope with the complex environment,various suppliers have developed multiple switch structures to deal with them.This paper takes the installation environment and switch structure as the research object,uses finite element and simplified test platform to compare and analyze the fixed frame deformation of the switch mechanism in the two installation environments,and predicts the failure mechanism of the switch in a qualitative and quantitative manner.
