摘 要:多士炉是用来加热土司面包的生活电器。为了在结束烘烤弹出面包时,防止面包飞出和撞击产生异常噪音,提升装置中通常会有一组缓冲机构。为了研究其对多士炉性能的影响规律,总结了设计方法,论述了常见的缓冲机构的原理,并对理论模型建立进行初步探讨,提出了一种可以解决弹出和噪音的解决方案,通过有限元数值模拟和实验进行了验证,为多士炉的结构设计和不良分析提供了理论指导。Toaster is a household appliance used to heat bread.In order to prevent abnormal noise caused by bread flying out and impact when ejecting bread after baking,there is usually a group of buffer mechanisms in the lifting device.In order to study its influence on the performance of toast furnace,the design method is summarized,the principle of common buffer mechanism is discussed,the establishment of theoretical model is preliminarily discussed,and a solution to pop-up and noise is proposed.It is verified by finite element numerical simulation and experiment,which provides theoretical guidance for the structural design and defect analysis of toaster.
