絮凝沉淀预处理测定含黄腐酸尿素中缩二脲的方法研究

摘　　要：呼伦贝尔金新化工有限公司生产的尿素由于黄腐酸的存在,溶于水后呈棕褐色,严重干扰比色分析,不能直接参照铜复盐分光光度法进行尿素中缩二脲含量的测定。经过一系列研究试验,确定了一种加入硫酸锌和氢氧化钠生成氢氧化锌絮凝沉淀,使黄腐酸与尿素溶液分离,经离心过滤后得到含缩二脲的澄清透明溶液,然后采用分光光度法测定缩二脲的分析技术方法,该方法操作过程简单、精密度高、回收率高、分析成本低,适宜推广。The urea produced by Hulun Buir Jinxin Chemical Co.,Ltd.becomes brown after dissolution in water due to the presence of fulvic acid,which seriously interferes with colorimetric analysis,and makes impossible the measurement of biuret content in urea by directly referring to copper double salt spectrophotometry.After a series of experiments,an analytic technology,i.e.adding zinc sulfate and sodium hydroxide to generate zinc hydroxide flocculation precipitation,separating the fulvic acid and the urea solution for centrifugal filtration to get clear transparent biuret solution,and then using spectrophotometry analysis to measure biuret,is determined.This method is simple,featuring high precision,high recovery rate,and low analysis cost,which makes it suitable for promotion.
