摘 要:目的初步探讨骨碎补对正畸牙移动表达的影响,为其下一步基础及临床正畸实验提供参考依据。方法雄性大鼠80只,随机分为A、B、C、D4组,A组为正畸加力合并灌服骨碎补水煎剂(以下简称骨碎补加力组),B组为单纯正畸加力,C组为单纯灌服骨碎补水煎剂,D组为空白对照。每组又分设5,9,13,17 d观察小组,每小组5只大鼠。每只大鼠到期注射过量麻醉药处死,取标本暂时固定。结果上颌第一磨牙移动距离在骨碎补合并加力组移动最快,与其余3组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而灌服骨碎补组、空白对照组的移动距离差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论骨碎补加力作为局部因素可加快大鼠上颌第一磨牙近中移动的速度,为进一步将中药材应用于加快正畸牙移动提供了初步的实验基础和理论参考。Objectives Established of orthodontic tooth movement model to measure the moving distance of maxillary first molar.To investigate the effect of Drynaria Fortunei on orthodontic tooth movement. Methods 80 male SD rats(180-200 g)were chosen and?divided into groupA,B,C and D randomly,each group had 20 rats.Group A was orthodontic merger fed drynaria fortunei;Group B was pure orthodontic and group C was pure fed drynaria fortunei.Group D was blank control.Each group consisted of 5,9,13,17 d observation group. Results The distance of rat’s upper jaw first molar mesial moveme-nt were measured.Group A were the fastest. The difference was st-atistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion As a local factor,Drynaria Fortunei can speed up the movement of orthodontic teeth.This resear-ch will provide the prelimimary experimental basis for the applicati-on of traditional Chinese medicine in orthodontic treatment.
