华北山区地级医院全年乙肝五项及HBV-DNA检验结果研究

摘　　要：目的 通过对吕梁市人民医院2020年全年乙肝五项检测结果进行分析,明确人群中阳性率,判断HBV-DNA阳性率最高的乙肝阳性模式,为乙肝病毒的防控与诊断治疗提供借鉴。方法 统计分析该院2020年1月1日至12月31日共检测乙肝五项18 429例,包括在外科、内科、产科、感染科、方便门诊和健康体检科等科室进行乙肝检测人群数据。结果 728例患者中,1/4/5型(HBsAg+HBeAb+HBcAb,俗称“小三阳”)阳性乙肝患者最多,为458例,1/3/5型(HBsAg+HBeAg+HBcAb,俗称“大三阳”)阳性乙肝患者为195例,1/3型患者(HBsAg+HBeAg)乙肝阳性患者最少,为3例。结论 带有3型(HBeAg)阳性患者一般DNA阳性概率都较高。乙肝患者呈现男多女少,青壮年患者居多的分布特征。“小三阳”患者中存在一定比例的DNA阳性,因此,乙肝病毒感染者在定期复查中乙肝五项和乙肝DNA都应检查。Objective The study aimed to analysis the five hepatitis B test results in our hospital in 2020,to clarify the positive rate among the population and find the highest hepatitis B positive pattern with the HBV-DNA positive rate. By this research,some valuable suggestions were provided for the prevention and diagnosis of hepatitis B virus. Methods A total of18,429 cases of five items of hepatitis B were tested in the People’s Hospital of Lvliang City from January 1 to December 31,2020.Data came from medical department where people tested for hepatitis B including such as surgery,internal medicine,obstetrics and gynecology department,infectious diseases,convenient outpatient clinics,and health examination departments. Results found that among the 728 patients,1/4/5(HBsAg+HBeAb+ HBcAb) positive hepatitis B patients with 458 cases were most. 1/3/5(HBs Ag+HBeAg+ HBcAb)patients are 195 cases. 1/3 patients(HBsAg+HBeAg)had the least patients with 3 cases. Conclusion Patients with type 3(HBeAg)positive generally have a higher probability of DNA positive. The distribution of hepatitis B patients is characterized by more men and fewer women,and the majority of young and middle-aged patients. There is a certain proportion of DNA-positive patients with HBsAg+ HBeAb+ HBcAb pattern. Therefore,hepatitis B virus infection patients should be checked for hepatitis B five items and hepatitis B DNA during regular review.
