中国与中亚五国跨境贸易人民币结算的测度、困境及对策

摘　　要：贸易产品是影响跨境贸易结算货币选择的因素之一,不同产品特性对其影响也不相同。本文通过文献梳理将此影响归纳为产品同质性、异质性及替代性与跨境贸易结算货币选择的关联,并据此形成相应的选择标准。基于选择标准测度可以发现,中国与中亚五国跨境贸易人民币结算优劣势并存,面临着三大困境,即买方谈判优势与进口产品同质性的困境;出口产品异质性优势与缺乏自有技术的困境;出口产品替代性优势与人民币竞争力不足的困境,从而不利于开辟经济主体自主选择跨境贸易人民币结算的路径。因此,人民币国际化需要通过跨境贸易的规模效应、产品技术含量、完善的基础设施、充分的流动性、低交易成本和风险、使用的便利性等优势,提升自身的竞争力,使其在中国与中亚五国贸易中逐步成为区域贸易的主导货币。Trade products are one of the factors that affect the choice of currencies in cross-border trade settlement,but different product characteristics have different effects on them. Through literature review,this effect can be summarized as the relationship between product homogeneity,heterogeneity,and substitutability and the choice of currencies cross-border trade settlement,and the corresponding selection criteria have been formed accordingly. Based on the measurement of selection criteria,it is found that China and the five Central Asian countries have both advantages and disadvantages in RMB settlement in cross-border trade,facing three dilemmas which are those of buyer’s negotiation advantage and the homogeneity of imported products,the heterogeneous advantage of export products and the lack of own technology and the substitution advantage of export products and the insufficient competitiveness of RMB. Those dilemmas are not conducive to opening up a path for economic entities to independently choose RMB settlement for cross-border trade. Therefore,the internationalization of RMB requires the use of the scale effect of cross-border trade,product technology content,complete infrastructure,sufficient liquidity,low transaction costs and risks,and ease of using to enhance its competitiveness,making it become the dominant currency gradually in regional trade.
