摘  要:为了解决应用于我国深潜救生艇电力系统中的DC-DC变换器存在的电压增益低、主要器件电压和电流应力高等问题,首先在分析开关电感Boost变换器、耦合电感Boost变换器以及耦合电感三电平Boost变换器各自优缺点的基础上,提出了一种基于双耦合电感的新型高增益三电平变换器;然后,分析了该变换器的衍生过程以及具体的工作机理,推导了电压增益公式,分别计算了主要器件的电压、电流应力;最后,通过仿真以及所搭建的200 W样机进行了实验。结果表明:该变换器具有升压增益高、器件电压和电流应力低,以及电压等级低等优点;理论分析与仿真和实验结果一致,验证了理论分析的正确性以及所提出变换器的有效性和实用性。To solve the problems of low voltage gain and high voltage and current stress in components of DC-DC converter that is applied to electric power system of the submarine rescue vehicle,an improved high gain three-level converter based on double couple inductor was proposed,after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of hybrid step-up converter with switching structure,coupled-inductor boost converter and coupled-inductor three-level converter.The derivation process of the converter and the specific working mechanism were analyzed.The voltage gain formula was derived,and the voltage and current stresses of the main components were calculated.Finally,the simulation results and experiments carried out on the 200 W experimental prototype show that the proposed converter has the advantages of high boost gain,main device voltage,low current stress,and low voltage level.Moreover,the theoretical analysis is consistent with the simulation results and experimental results,verifying the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed converter.
