摘 要:为探究复合混凝土自保温砌块的保温性能,利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件对不同边界条件、初始条件下砌块的热湿传递过程进行仿真,得到砌块内部的温度分布。仿真结果表明,在稳态边界条件下,当砌块内部相对湿度低于50%时砌块内部传热速度影响不明显;相对湿度高于50%时砌块内部传热速度影响显著;在非稳态边界条件下,砌块内部热湿传递存在一定时间上的滞后性。砌块内部所含水分越多,砌块的导热性越好。要提高砌块的隔热性能,不仅要对砌块做隔湿处理,还要降低外部环境的相对湿度,避免砌块吸湿导致其内部水分增加。To explore the thermal insulation performance of composite concrete self-insulating blocks,COMSOL Multiphysics software was used to simulate the heat and moisture transfer process of blocks under different boundary conditions and initial conditions,the temperature distribution inside the block was obtained. Simulation results showed that,under steady-state boundary conditions,when the internal relative humidity of the block is lower than 50%,the influence on the internal heat transfer rate of the block is not obvious.When the relative humidity is higher than 50%,the internal heat transfer rate of the block is significantly affected;Under unstable boundary conditions,there is a certain time lag in the heat and moisture transfer inside the block. The more water contained in the block,the better the thermal conductivity of the block has. If the thermal insulation performance of the block is improved,not only the block should be treated with moisture insulation,but also the relative humidity of the external environment should be reduced to prevent the block from absorbing moisture and increasing its internal moisture.
