摘 要:1 780 mm热连轧精轧机组轧机精度严重恶化。系统分析水平间隙、垂直间隙、轴向间隙对轧机精度的影响。结果表明:间隙精度对轧机状态的影响是水平、垂直、轴向的交互作用,工作辊窗口间隙、支撑辊和牌坊间隙、球面垫和阶梯垫状态、轴向间隙等造成了轧机稳定性的恶化。建立了轧机精度评价系统,通过日常评价与轧机间隙测量调整相结合,对轧机精度实施动态监测、分析与评估,实现了预知性和周期性管理,提升了轧机稳定性。Rolling accuracy of 1 780 mm hot continuous rolling mill is seriously deteriorated. Effects of horizontal clearance, vertical clearance and axial clearance on rolling mill accuracy are systematically analyzed. Results show that influence of clearance accuracy on rolling mill state is interaction of horizontal, vertical and axial, clearance of work roll window, clearance between backup roll and archway, state of spherical pad and step pad, and axial clearance cause deterioration of rolling mill stability. Rolling mill accuracy evaluation system is established. Through combination of daily evaluation and rolling mill clearance measurement and adjustment, rolling mill accuracy is dynamically monitored, analyzed and evaluated, predictability and periodic management are realized, rolling mill stability is improved.
