摘　　要：采用溶胀法对实验室制备的MCM-22分子筛进行剥层处理后制得RZMCM分子筛,分别以MCM-22分子筛和RZMCM分子筛作为酸性组分,制备了2种加氢裂化催化剂(NiMo/MCM-22和NiMo/RZMCM)。采用氮气吸-脱附、X射线衍射、吡啶吸附红外、透射电镜、扫描电镜-元素分布扫描等物化表征手段对2种分子筛及加氢裂化催化剂样品进行表征,并使用高压固定床微型反应装置对加氢裂化催化剂的反应性能进行评价。结果表明:溶胀处理后,RZMCM分子筛外比表面积增加了258.9 m^(2)/g。在氢分压4 MPa、氢/油体积比500、质量空速5.9 h^(-1)、反应时间2 h的反应条件下,以四氢萘为模型化合物,与NiMo/MCM-22催化剂相比,NiMo/RZMCM催化剂作用下四氢萘具有更高的反应活性;在相同转化率下,四氢萘的开环选择性提高,而烷基苯断侧链选择性降低。以四氢萘和正癸烷的混合油作为反应原料时,在C_(6)~C_(10)芳烃收率相近的前提下,NiMo/RZMCM催化剂作用下的液体收率更高。MCM-22 zeolite prepared in laboratory by swelling method was stripped to prepare RZMCM zeolite.Later,MCM-22 zeolite and RZMCM zeolite were used as acidic components to prepare two hydrocracking catalysts(NiMo/MCM-22 and NiMo/RZMCM).The above-mentioned zeolites and hydrocracking catalyst samples were characterized by physical and chemical means,such as BET,XRF,Py-IR,TEM and element distribution scanning by SEM,and the reaction performance of hydrocracking catalysts was evaluated using a high-pressure fixed-bed micro reaction unit.The results show that the external specific surface area of RZMCM zeolite increased by 258.9 m^(2)/g after swelling treatment.When the reaction conditions are set as follows:The hydrogen partial pressure is 4 MPa,the hydrogen/oil volume ratio is 500,the mass hourly space velocity is 5.9 h^(-1) and the reaction time is 2 h,tetralin is used as a model compound to compare with NiMo/MCM-22 catalyst.Then it is found that under the action of NiMo/RZMCM catalyst,tetralin has a higher reactivity.At the same conversion rate,the ring-opening selectivity of tetralin is improved,while the selectivity of alkylbenzene side chain scission is reduced.When the mixed oil of tetralin and n-decane is used as the reaction raw material,the liquid yield of NiMo/RZMCM catalyst is higher under the premise of the similar yields of C_(6)-C_(10) aromatics.
