摘 要:吸热型碳氢燃料在储存、运输、换热等过程中受到热、溶解氧、催化等作用,会发生氧化沉积和裂解结焦。燃料的这种热稳定问题严重影响其使用性能,为此人们开发了多种抑制燃料热沉积的技术,其中热稳定添加剂的应用最广。综述了国内外为解决吸热型碳氢燃料热稳定问题而开发的多种添加剂,对用于抑制燃料氧化、裂解2个不同阶段热沉积过程的添加剂进行了分类阐述,整理归纳不同添加剂作用于燃料的科学信息,希望为吸热型碳氢燃料添加剂的发展和燃料热稳定性能的改善提供思路。The endothermic hydrocarbon fuel often react with dissolved oxygen due to heat and catalysis during storage,transportation,and heat transfer,which leads to oxidation deposition,even cracking coke.These thermal stability problems of fuel seriously influence its performance.For this reason,researchers have developed a variety of methods to inhibit thermal deposition,among which additives are widely used.The present work reviews a variety of additives developed to improve the thermal stability of endothermic hydrocarbon fuel.The additives for the two different stages of thermal deposition are classified and scientifically summarized,with the hope to provide ideas for the development of endothermic hydrocarbon fuel additives and the improvement of fuel thermal stability.
