摘  要:自噬普遍存在于真核细胞的自我降解过程中,受多种分子机制调控,已成为近年细胞死亡途径的研究热点之一。自噬的生理功能包括提供能量、维持细胞内环境稳定和促进异常细胞凋亡。近年来,复发性流产(RSA)因发病率逐年升高而受到关注。自噬作用参与RSA的发生和发展,自噬异常在RSA中的病理机制逐渐受到学术界的广泛关注。此外,自噬还参与母胎界面中滋养细胞侵袭和蜕膜化过程,因此调控RSA母胎界面自噬功能的平衡成为防治RSA的主要靶点之一。Autophagy generally exists in the self-degradation process of eukaryotic cells and is regulated by a variety of molecular mechanisms,which has become one of the research hotspots of cell death pathway in recent years.The physiological functions of autophagy include providing energy,maintaining the stability of intracellular environment and promoting abnormal cell apoptosis.In recent years,recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)has been paid attention due to the increasing incidence.Autophagy is involved in the occurrence and development of RSA.The pathological mechanism of abnormal autophagy in RSA has gradually attracted extensive attention in academic circles.In addition,autophagy is also involved in trophoblast invasion and decidualization in the maternal fetal interface.Therefore,regulating the balance of autophagy function in the maternal fetal interface has become one of the main targets for the prevention and treatment of RSA.
