摘  要:骨关节炎(OA)是一种常见的退行性疾病,目前发病原因尚不清楚,治疗主要以改善症状为主,尚无有效治疗药物。目前认为,自噬在抑制软骨细胞凋亡启动过程中发挥关键调控作用,故推测自噬可能是防治OA的重要靶点。关于中药复方、中药提取物、西药等方面的OA细胞自噬机制的相关药物分析研究相继开展,且基于自噬的OA防治相关药物研究取得了一定的研究成果,发现通过药物激活自噬可有效延缓OA进展,但具体作用机制尚不清楚,药物的使用时机、方式以及如何有效提高自噬调控效率仍需进一步研究。因此,深入研究自噬调控OA可能是未来防治OA的重要研究方向。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a common degenerative disease.At present,the pathogenesis is not clear.The treatment is mainly to improve symptoms,and there is no effective therapeutic drug.It is considered now that autophagy plays a key regulatory role in inhibiting the initiation of chondrocyte apoptosis,so it is speculated that autophagy may be an important target for the prevention and treatment of OA.Studies on OA cell autophagy mechanism related drugs in traditional Chinese medicine compound,traditional Chinese medicine extract,western medicine,etc.have been carried out one after another,and the OA preventive and therapeutic drugs based on autophagy have achieved some results.It is found that drug activation of autophagy can effectively delay the progress of OA,but the specific mechanism is not clear,and the timing,the way of drug use,and how to effectively improve the efficiency of autophagy regulation still need further studies.Therefore,in-depth study of autophagy regulation of OA may be an important research direction for the prevention and treatment of OA in the future.
