摘  要:心血管疾病作为全球范围内的首要死亡原因,一直是临床和科学研究的焦点。中医药治疗心血管疾病历史悠久,黄芪甲苷是中药黄芪的有效活性成分,在心血管疾病的治疗中发挥重要作用。血管内皮细胞的完整性对于维持血管内稳态具有重要作用,内皮功能受损会导致心血管疾病的发生。黄芪甲苷可通过多种信号通路发挥血管内皮保护作用,包括抑制氧化应激、炎症反应、内皮细胞凋亡、内质网应激以及促进血管生成等。保护血管内皮功能完整性已成为预防心血管疾病发生的重要措施,因此黄芪甲苷可用于临床心血管疾病的预防和治疗。Cardiovascular diseases,as the leading cause of death worldwide,have long been the focus of the clinical and scientific research.Chinese medicine has a long history in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,and astragalosideⅣ,the active ingredient of the Chinese medicine Astragalus membranaceus,plays an important role in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.The integrity of the vascular endothelium plays an important role in maintaining intravascular homeostasis,and impaired endothelial function can lead to the development of cardiovascular diseases.AstragalosideⅣexerts its pharmacological effects through multiple signaling pathways,including inhibition of oxidative stress,inflammatory responses,endothelial cell apoptosis,endoplasmic reticulum stress and promotion of angiogenesis.Protection of endothelial function integrity is an important measure to prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases,therefore,the future application of astragalosideⅣin the prevention and treatment of clinical cardiovascular diseases can be expected.
