中国小型猪在人类疾病动物模型建立中的知识图谱分析

摘　　要：目的对中国小型猪用于人类疾病动物模型研究的文献进行知识图谱可视化分析。方法检索1994—2020年中国知网数据库收录的以“小型猪”和“动物模型”为主题词的文献,剔除会议、报纸等文献后,最终纳入606篇。基于CiteSpace知识图谱可视化方法分析年度发文数量、发文作者、机构及关键词共现、突现关键词。结果对中国小型猪在人类疾病动物模型建立中文献的整体研究呈波动上升的趋势。经过近30年的发展,已经形成了多个核心研究团队和核心研究机构。核心研究团队主要是杨关林和刘建勋团队,核心研究机构是辽宁中医药大学和中国中医科学院。通过关键词共现及突现分析发现,小型猪动物模型的研究热点是巴马小型猪,已涉及心血管系统、内分泌系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿系统等,但主要集中在心血管疾病和内分泌疾病的研究。结论小型猪已经广泛用于人类疾病动物模型的建立,模型成熟且稳定,可为人类疾病研究提供有益指导,其中巴马小型猪运用最多。Objective To visually analyze the knowledge map of literature on animal models of human diseases of Chinese miniature pigs in China.Methods The literature with"miniature pigs"and"animal models"as the keywords in the database of CNKI from 1994 to 2020 were searched,and finally 606 articles after excluding the literature of conferences and newspapers were included.Based on the CiteSpace knowledge graph visualization method,the number of annual publications,authors,institutions and keyword co-occurrence and keyword emergence were analyzed.Results The overall research on the literature of Chinese minipigs in the establishment of animal models of human diseases showed a fluctuating upward trend.After nearly 30 years of development,several core research teams and core research institutions were formed.The core research team was mainly the team of Guanlin Yang and Jianxun Liu,and the core research institutions were Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Through keyword co-occurrence and emergence analysis,we found that the research hotspot of miniature pig animal model was Bama mini-pig,which involved cardiovascular system,endocrine system,respiratory system,digestive system and urinary system,but mainly focused on cardiovascular diseases and endocrine diseases.Conclusion Miniature pigs have been widely used in the establishment of animal models of human diseases.The models are mature and stable,providing useful guidance for the clinical research,among which the Bama miniature pig is the most used breed.
