赴武汉一线抗疫人员专项疗养效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨赴武汉一线抗疫人员任务后专项隔离疗养的效果。方法整群抽取来天津康复疗养中心隔离疗养的医疗队员200人为研究对象,采用上级指示要求、本中心技术特色和研究对象对疗养的期望、偏好与自身状况相结合的办法制定综合疗养干预方案,于入院第1天,出院当天填写自行拟制的疗养效果调查问卷,比较得分的变化,评价专项疗养效果。结果样本总体在疗养前综合健康得分(77.046±9.253)分,疗养后综合健康得分(90.964±5.940)分,配对t=20.614,P<0.0011,差异有高度统计学意义。不同年龄在疗养前后健康得分差异有统计学意义,其中≤30岁组和31~40岁组在疗养前后得分差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),其他年龄组别差异无统计学意义;不同岗位、不同学历在疗养前、后健康得分均差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论专项疗养显著地改善了医疗队员的健康状况,不同岗位、不同学历和不同年龄显示出对健康有影响。在一线抗疫人员的疗养保障中,通过不过分防疫防护与温暖细致的人文服务相结合,将自然因子、中医、营养、读书、运动等疗养干预科学合理地融入生活作息管理,显著改善了医疗队员的健康状况。Objective To explore the effect of special isolation and convalescence for front-line anti-epidemic personnel in Wuhan.Me thods 200 medical team members taking special isolation and convalescence from Tianjin Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center were cluster sampled as the research objects.A comprehensive convalescence intervention plan was formulated by combining the instructions of the superior,the technical characteristics of the center and the research objects’expectations,with preferences and physical conditions.On the first day of admission and the day of discharge,a self-designed convalescence effect questionnaire was filled in,The changes of scores were compared to evaluate the effect of special convalescence.Re s ults The comprehensive health score of the whole sample before convalescence was(77.046±9.253),and the comprehensive health score after convalescence was(90.964±5.940).The paired t-value was 20.614,P<0.0011,and the difference was significant.There were statistically significant differences in health scores of different age groups before and after convalescence,among which,≤30-year-old group and 31~40-year-old group had statistically significant differences before and after convalescence(P<0.01),while there were no statistically significant differences in other age groups.There were statistically significant differences in health scores before and after recuperation among different posts and educational backgrounds(P<0.01).Conclus ion Special convalescence has significantly improved the health status of medical team members.Different posts,different educational backgrounds and different ages show an impact on health.In the convalescence guarantee of front-line anti-epidemic personnel,through the combination of no excessive epidemic protection and warm and meticulous humanistic services,convalescence interventions such as natural factors,traditional Chinese medicine,nutrition,reading and sports are scientifically and reasonably integrated into life work and rest management,which has signif
