摘 要:目的分析Teach-back教育模式对特勤官兵健康素养水平的提升效果,旨在探索高效的健康教育模式。方法以2019年1月至4月来火箭军广州特勤疗养中心疗养一区疗养的150名特勤官兵为研究对象,应用Teach-back教育模式对特勤疗养官兵实施健康素养教育。通过《特勤官兵健康素养问卷》(包括A卷和B卷),比较Teach-back健康素养教育前后特勤官兵健康素养各维度得分变化情况,和不同年龄、婚姻状况、人员类别、文化程度、军龄人员的健康素养提高幅度,分析评价Teach-back教育模式提升特勤官兵健康素养水平效果。结果经Teach-back健康素养教育1个月后,健康素养各个维度得分均有提高:总分由55.00分(48.75,57.50)增长至65.00分(60.00,70.00),基本知识由17.50分(15.00,20.00)增长至22.50分(20.00,25.00),健康生活方式与行为由17.50分(15.00,20.00)增长至22.50分(20.00,25.00),健康技能由17.50分(15.00,20.00)增长至22.50分(20.00,25.00),科学健康观由15.00分(12.50,17.50)增长至25.00分(22.50,27.50),传染病防治由2.50分(2.50,5.00)增长至5.00分(5.00,5.00),慢性病防治由15.00分(12.50,17.50)增长至17.50分(15.00,20.00),安全与急救由17.50分(15.00,20.00)增长至22.50分(20.00,27.50),基本医疗由12.50分(10.00,15.00)增长至17.50分(15.00,20.00),健康信息由12.50分(10.00,13.75)增长至22.50分(18.75,25.00),各维度前后测试分数差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.001)。经Teach-back健康素养教育后,总体健康素养具备率由23.49%提升至77.18%;不同年龄、婚姻状况、人员类别、文化程度、从业时间的人群,健康素养具备率也都有明显提高,差异具有高度统计学意义(P<0.001);士兵和文化程度为高中及以下的特勤官兵得分提高幅度明显高于军官(P=0.01)和大专以上文化程度者(P=0.031)。结论Teach-back教育模式对特勤官兵健康素养的提升有较好的实际效果,适用于特勤官兵中的各类人群,尤其适用于士兵Objective To analyze the effect of teach back education model on the improvement of health literacy level of special service officers and soldiers,in order to explore an efficient health education model.Me thods 150 special service officers and soldiers coming to the first sanatorium zone of Guangzhou Special Service Sanatorium from January to April 2019 were taken as the research objects,and the Teach-back education model was applied to carry out health literacy education for special service convalescent officers and soldiers.Through the health literacy questionnaire for secret service officers and soldiers(including volumes A and B),the changes in the scores of various dimensions of health literacy of secret service officers and soldiers before and after Teach-back health literacy education were compared,and the improvement range of health literacy of personnel of different ages,marital status,personnel types,educational level and military age were compared.The effect of teach back education mode on improving the level of health literacy of secret service officers and soldiers was analyzed and evaluated.Re s ults After one month of Teach-back health literacy education,the scores of all dimensions of health literacy increased:the total score increased from 55.00(48.75,57.50)to65.00(60.00,70.00),the basic knowledge increased from 17.50(15.00,20.00)to 22.50(20.00,25.00),the healthy life style and behavior increased from 17.50(15.00,20.00)to 22.50(20.00,25.00),the health skills increased from 17.50(15.00,20.00)to 22.50(20.00,25.00),scientific outlook on health increased from 15.00(12.50,17.50)to 25.00(22.50,27.50),prevention and treatment of infectious diseases increased from 2.50(2.50,5.00)to 5.00(5.00,5.00),prevention and treatment of chronic diseases increased from 15.00(12.50,17.50)to 17.50(15.00,20.00),safety and first aid increased from 17.50(15.00,20.00)to 22.50(20.00,27.50),basic medical treatment increased from 12.50(10.00,15.00)to17.50(15.00,20.00),and health information increased from 12.50(10.00,13.75)t
