摘  要:使用不同内径尺寸的RH浸渍管进行工业生产试验,试验结果表明:浸渍管内径越大,钢液脱碳、脱氢速率越高、浸渍管耐材侵蚀率降低、洁净度提高。浸渍管内径由450 mm扩大到510 mm,钢液初始碳质量分数0.05%经过RH深脱碳至0.01%以下,时间缩短了8 min,效率提高了61.5%;经过真空循环脱气后,钢液氢质量分数降到0.00010%以内,使用内径510 mm的浸渍管相比内径为450 mm的浸渍管脱氢时间缩短10 min;浸渍管内径扩大后,RH真空处理过程中钢流稳定,对耐材的冲刷量减少,耐材侵蚀速率降低50%;使用扩径浸渍管,钢中夹杂物总量及大粒径夹杂物均减少,钢中的T.O含量降低,钢的洁净度提高。The comparison of industrial production tests was carried out by using RH impregnated tubes with different inner diameters.The test results show that:the larger the inner diameter of the impregnated tube,the higher the decarburization and dehydrogenation rate of the molten steel,the lower the corrosion resistance rate of the impregnated tube and the higher the cleanliness.When the inner diameter of impregnation pipe is expanded from450 mm to 510 mm,the initial carbon content of the molten steel is reduced from0.05%to 0.01%and lower by RH deep decarbonization,the time is shortened by more than8 min,and the efficiency is increased by about 61.5%.After vacuum cycle degassing,the mass fraction of hydrogen in liquid steel is reduced to less than 0.00010%,and the dehydrogenation time of impregnated tube with inner diameter of 510 mm is shortened by 10 min compared with that of impregnated tube with inner diameter of 450 mm.When the inner diameter of the impregnated tube is enlarged,the steel flow is stable in the process of RH vacuum treatment,the erosion of refractory is reduced,and the erosion rate of refractory is reduced by 50%.Using the expanded diameter impregnated pipe,the total amount of inclusions and large size inclusions in the steel are reduced,the mass fraction of T.O in the steel is reduced,and the cleanliness of the steel is improved.
