摘  要:针对铁铬铝电热合金的钢种特点,开发了精炼过程硅含量控制、VOD真空精炼铝合金化、连铸工艺及保护渣等关键技术。通过实践表明:可将铁铬铝合金中硅质量分数控制在0.15%以下,VOD真空条件下完成铝质量分数5%~6%的合金化,VOD精炼时间控制在60~70 min,铝收得率提高至94.5%。通过钢包稀土合金化,稀土合金收得率达到50%;开发出适用于铁铬铝合金的CaO-SiO_(2)低碱度保护渣。制定适合该钢种的连铸生产工艺,结晶器采用强冷,二冷区弱冷,出坯后及时保温红送,加热轧制。通过一系列措施,实现了铁铬铝产品批量稳定化生产。According to the steel characteristics of FeCrAl electro-thermal alloy,the key technologies,such as silicon content control in refining process,VOD vacuum refining of multiple alloying,continuous casting process and mould flux were introduced.The practice shows that the silicon mass fraction of FeCrAl alloy can be controlled below0.15%,the alloying of 5%-6%aluminum can be completed under VOD vacuum condition,the VOD refining time is controlled within 60-70 min,the yield of aluminum can be increased to 94.5%.The yield of rare earth can reach 50%through ladle rare earth alloying.The lower basicity mould flux based on CaO-SiO_(2) of FeCrAl alloy has been developed.The continuous casting process suitable for this steel is formulated.The mould adopts strong cooling and the secondary cooling zone adopts weak cooling.After the slab is discharged,it is kept warm and sent in time for heating and rolling.Through a series of measures,the steady batch production of FeCrAl alloy has been realized.
