摘 要:硫系易切削钢利用硫化物的脆断性来提升钢材的切削性能,硫化物的形态、大小、分布是决定易切削钢切削性能优劣的关键因素。上海大学与芜湖新兴铸管有限责任公司合作,通过在1215MS易切削钢基础上添加碲元素,来改善硫化物的形态及分布,提升产品的切削性能。结果表明:硫系易切削钢添加质量分数0.016%的碲后,易切削钢中硫化物三维形貌从长条状变成椭球状,硫化物形态达到高硫易切削钢德标Sep 1572的1-2等级,硫化物的平均面积达到124μm^(2),是一般易切削钢硫化物面积的4倍以上;经与AISI12L14、SUM24L铅系易切削钢超过120 h切削加工对比,刀具磨损表面光洁度达到了相同效果,碲系易切削钢成功替代铅系易切削钢。Sulfur-based free-cutting steel uses the brittleness of sulfide to improve the cutting performance of steel.The shape,size and distribution of sulfide are the key factors that determine the cutting performance of free-cutting steel.Shanghai University cooperated with Wuhu Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipe Co.,Ltd.to improve the shape and distribution of sulfides by adding Te to the 1215 MS free-cutting steel,and enhance the cutting performance of the product.The results showed that after adding Te with mass fraction of 0.016%to sulfur-based free-cutting steel,the three-dimensional morphology of sulfide in free-cutting changed from strip to ellipsoid,and the sulfide form reached grade 1-2 of German standard SEP1572 of high sulfur free cutting steel.The average area of sulfide reached 124μm^(2),which was more than four times the sulfide area of general free-cutting steel sulfide.Compared with AISI12L14 and SUM24L lead-based free-cutting steel for more than120 hours of cutting processing,the tool wear surface finish had reached the same effect.Te-based free-cutting steel successfully replaced lead-based free-cutting steel.
