摘  要:构造简单、成本低廉的简易隔震方法是提高经济欠发达农村地区的低矮房屋抗震性能的有效措施。文中提出一种新的简易隔震方法:橡胶砂芯组合砌块隔震垫层(RSMCBL)。其主要原理为:上部结构通过离散的刚性盖板支承在一系列离散的由废旧轮胎颗粒-砂混合物构成的土柱上,橡胶砂柱被刚性砌块所侧向约束,以保证隔震层的强度和稳定性。针对此种隔震垫层的隔震效应开展振动台试验研究,分析各种参数对其隔震性能的影响。试验结果表明:(1)橡胶砂芯组合隔震砌块隔震层(RSMCBL)在各种工况下的减震系数均小于1,且得益于橡胶砂动力特性的非线性,随着输入加速度幅值的增大,减震系数呈指数型下降;(2)影响RSMCBL隔震效应的主要因素有橡胶砂配比、隔震砌块盖板宽度和埋深、上部质量块配重和隔震砌块铺设数量,30%配比时RSMCBL的隔震效应最好,随着盖板宽度的减小、盖板埋深的增大、隔震砌块总数量的减少、上部结构配重的增大,隔震效应更加明显;(3)RSMCBL的隔震机理主要表现为隔震砌块垫层对高频振动频率的衰减过滤,以及隔震层橡胶砂高耗能特性为隔震体系提供较大的阻尼比。研究表明:橡胶砂芯组合隔震砌块取材便捷、造价低廉、施工简易,可适用于较坚硬场地上的村镇低矮房屋隔震减灾。The simple isolation method,which means the isolation with simple construction and low cost,has recently been recommended as an effective measure to improve the aseismic performance of low-rise buildings in under-developed rural areas.A new simple isolation method named as the rubber sand mixture coring composite block isolation layer(RSMCBL),is proposed in this paper.The main principle of RSMCBL could be described as the followings.The superstructure is supported by a layer of discrete rigid plates,i.e.the caps,which are located on a series of discrete soil columns composed of waste tire particles rubber-sand mixture(RSM).And the RSM columns are laterally restrained by a layer of rigid hollow blocks so that the strength and stability of the seismic isolation layer is ensured.Shaking table tests are carried out to study the seismic isolation performance of RSMCBL and to find out the influence of various parameters on it.Results indicate that:(1)The seismic isolating coefficient RSMCBL under various working conditions is less than 1,and decreases exponentially with the input acceleration amplitude,which is benefitted from the nonlinear decaying of the dynamic modulus of rubber-sand mixture.(2)The main factors affecting the seismic isolation performance of RSMCBL include the followings such as the rubber mass ratio in RSM,the width and depth of the caps,the weight of structure and the number of RSMCB blocks,etc.Tests revealed that the optimal rubber content of RSM is 30%,and the isolating performance of RSMCBL increases with the depth of the cap,the weight of structure,and decreases with the width of the cap,the number RSMCB blocks on the other hand.(3)The isolating mechanism of RSMCBL is revealed as the weakening and filtering of high-frequency vibration frequencies from the input earthquakes as well as the high energy consumption of RSM during the seismic process.Study of this paper proves that the RSMCBL is a novel,convenient,and low-cost isolating method for low-rise houses located in stiff site in the under-de
