摘　　要：随着互联网等新媒体技术的迅猛发展,高校基层党建工作面临新的挑战。如何利用互联网进行党员的培养教育管理,实施"互联网+党建",是当前加强高校党建工作的关键。本文利用网络信息技术探索"互联网+"高校党建新方法,研发党员培养教育管理系统,为党员培养教育管理的网络化提供参考方向。With the rapid development of new media technologies such as Internet,the Party building at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities is facing new challenges.How to use the Internet to train and manage the Party members and implement the "Internet+Party Building" is the key to strengthen the Party building work in colleges and universities.By using the network information technology,this paper explores the new method of "Internet+" Party building in colleges and universities,develops the education management system of Party member training,and provides reference for the network Party member training education management.
