论职业生涯规划理念在大学生创业能力培养中的应用

摘　　要：随着我国高校的不断扩招,每年大学毕业生数量不断增加,使大学生的就业压力不断增大。为了更好地应对教育制度的改革和当代大学生就业问题,很多高校开始加强关于大学生创业能力的培养,而职业生涯规划理念的融入,可以成为高校开展的大学生创业能力培养的重要理论基础。本文主要分析大学生创业能力以及职业生涯规划相关内容,以及职业生涯规划理念的应用所发挥的重要性作用,同时研究具体的应用策略。With the continuous expansion of colleges and universities in China,the number of college graduates continues to increase every year,so that the employment pressure of college students continues to increase.In order to better deal with the reform of the education system and the employment problem of contemporary college students,many colleges and universities have begun to strengthen the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial ability.The integration of the concept of career planning can be an important theoretical basis for the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial ability.This paper mainly analyzes the entrepreneurial ability of college students and related content of career planning,as well as the importance of the application of career planning concepts,and studies specific application strategies.
