职业素养为核心的高校体育教学改革路径研究

摘　　要：如今的大学体育教育在当今高等院校教育中仍然存在一定的问题,对于高等院校来说,不仅仅要求对学生进行专业知识的培养,也同时要对学生进行职业素养的培养。而如今的高等院校并不能将职业素养的培养与体育基础科目相结合,不能形成科学的体系。对于高等院校来说应当将两者相结合,创建新的实用课程。当今时代,大学生面临着初次步入社会的压力,而提前对学生进行相关知识的培育以及职业素养的发展,能够为学生在初入工作的同时,帮助学生更好地适应工作,增强学生对工作的自信。因此本文就如何进行高等院校职业素养的发展作出研究并且给出相关建议。There are still some problems in today’s college physical education.For colleges and universities,it is not only required to cultivate students’ professional knowledge,but also to cultivate students’ professional quality.Today’s colleges and universities cannot combine the cultivation of professional quality with sports basic subjects,and cannot form a scientific system.For colleges and universities,the two should be combined to create a new practical curriculum.In today’s era,college students are facing the pressure of entering the society for the first time.The cultivation of relevant knowledge and the development of professional quality in advance can help students adapt to work better and enhance their self-confidence in work.Therefore,this paper studies how to develop the professionalism of colleges and universities,and gives relevant suggestions.
