基于BIM的历史建筑保护——以武汉大学宋卿体育馆为例

摘　　要：建筑信息模型(BIM)在我国历史建筑保护中的应用日渐广泛。该文以武汉大学宋卿体育馆为例,通过分析该建筑的历史信息和建筑尺度,构建该建筑的BIM模型,并在历史建筑的保护原则下结合相关技术探讨BIM在历史建筑保护中的应用。BIM在宋卿体育馆的应用研究将为历史建筑的保护工作提供更加直观和便捷的技术支持,促进历史建筑的数字化保护,实现历史建筑保护的科学化和信息现代化,最终实现历史建筑的可持续保护。Building information model(BIM) in the protection of historical buildings is applied more and more wider in China. In this article,taking Songqing gymnasium of Wuhan University as an example, through analyzing the building’s information and architectural scale and establishing the building’s BIM model, we discuss the application of BIM in the protection of historical buildings under the protection principle of historical buildings combined with relevant technologies. The application of BIM in Songqing gymnasium will provide more intuitive and convenient technical support for the protection of historical buildings, and promote the digital protection of historical buildings,so as to realize the scientific and information modernization of historical buildings protection, as well as to realize the sustainable protection of historical buildings.
