摘　　要：我国城镇化正处于转型发展的关键时期,城市研究的目标与重心发生了转变。通过城市设计过程对城市空间形态进行有效控制,已成为新时期城市空间发展与管控的必要手段。该文基于我国城市规划管控的发展历程、现实需求与实践经验,提出了城市设计过程中空间肌理形态控制的内容与方法;通过类型控制、参数控制与量效控制三个层次的深化研究,提升城市空间肌理形态控制的科学性、完整性与精确性,为新时期我国城市空间形态管控提供借鉴。China’s urbanization is in a critical period of transformation and development, the goal and focus of urban research have changed.Effective control of urban spatial form through urban design process has become a necessary means of urban spatial development and management in the new era. Based on the development process, practical needs and practical experience of urban planning management and control in China, we put forward the contents and methods of spatial texture control in the process of urban design. Through the in-depth study of type control, parameter control and variable-effect control, we can improve the scientificity, integrity and accuracy of urban spatial texture form control, so as to provide reference for urban spatial form control in China in the new era.
