摘 要:采用盆栽试验方法,研究96.8%咪鲜胺(10 mg·L^(-1))和99.2%咯菌腈(10 mg·L^(-1))复配剂(2 V∶8 V)对番茄枯萎病的防治效果及药剂残留情况。结果表明:施用复配剂50 d后,番茄植株茎部病斑长度为0.2 cm,显著小于咯菌腈单剂处理和清水对照;株高为32.1 cm,与未接种枯萎病菌的健康植株间无显著差异;对枯萎病的防治效果为71.67%,明显优于2个单剂处理;茎和叶片中均未检测出咪鲜胺及其最终代谢物2,4,6-三氯苯酚,咯菌腈的最终残留量分别小于0.06 mg·kg^(-1)和0.01 mg·kg^(-1),使用安全。Control effects of 96.8%prochloraz(10 mg·L^(-1)) and 99.2%fludioxonil(10 mg·L^(-1)) mixture(2 V∶8 V)on tomato Fusarium wilt and pharmaceutical residues status was studied using pot experiment.The results showed that the length of tomato stem lesion was 0.2 cm,50 days after applying mixture,which was significantly smaller than that by single fludioxonil treatment and the contrast by clear water treatment.The plant height was 32.1 cm,and there was no obvious difference with that of the healthy plants without Fusarium wilt inoculation.The control effect on Fusarium wilt was 71.67%,remarkably superior than that by 2 single treatments.No prochloraz and its final metabolite 2,4,6-Trichlorophenol were detected in the stems and leaf blades.The final residual quantities of fludioxonil were less than 0.06 mg·kg^(-1) and 0.01 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.
