摘 要:目的建立咽炎片中麦冬掺伪检测方法。方法高效液相色谱-串联电喷雾三重四级杆质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS),采用Innoval ODS-2色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,3μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸(75:25)为流动相,流速为0.3 ml/min,柱温40℃,进样量2μl,多反应监测(MRM)模式。结果31批咽炎片样品中,有7批次样品检出短葶山麦冬掺伪,有1批次样品检出湖北麦冬掺伪,有1批次样品同时检出短葶山麦冬和湖北麦冬掺伪。结论咽炎片中存在麦冬和山麦冬混用,本方法准确可靠,可为咽炎片中麦冬的质量控制提供参考。Objective To establish a method for the detection of adulterated Ophiopogonis Radix in Yanyan Tablets.Methods An HPLC-MS/MS in MRM mode was adopted.The Innoval ODS-2 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,3μm)was used with acetonitrile-0.1%methanoic acid solution(75:25)as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.3 ml/min,the column temperature was 40℃and the injection volume was 2μl.Results In the 31 batches of samples of Yanyan Tablets,7 batches of samples were adulterated with Liriope muscari(Decne.),A batch of samples were adulterated with Liriope spicata(Thunb.)Lour.var.prolifera Y.T.Ma,and a batch of samples were mixed with Liriope muscari(Decne.)Baily and Liriope spicata(Thunb.)Lour.var.prolifera Y.T.Ma.Conclusion The adulteration of Ophiopogonis Radix with Liriopes Radix exists in Yanyan Tablets.The method is accurate and reliable,which can provide reference for the quality control of Ophiopogonis Radix in Yanyan Tablets.
