摘　　要：目的提高养正消积胶囊的质量标准。方法采用内标法建立高效液相-蒸发光散射法测定养正消积胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量。色谱柱为Welch Ultimate XB-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测器为蒸发光散射检测器。结果以木兰脂素为内标物,精密度试验RSD为0.18%;平均回收率为98.99%,RSD为2.78%(n=9)。结论该方法测定结果准确、稳定,重复性良好,可用于养正消积胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。Objective To improve the quality standard of Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsules.Methods The content of astragaloside IV in Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsules was determined by HPLC-ELSD with internal standard method.The separation was carried out on a Welch Ultimate XB-C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water by gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detector was evaporative light-scattering detector.Results Magnolin was chosen as the internal standard material with RSD of 0.18%.The average recovery rate was 98.99%with RSD of 2.78%(n=9).Conclusion The method is accurate,stable,reproducible,and can be used for the determination of astragaloside IV in Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsules.
