摘 要:叙述了焦化能量流、能量流网络的发展历程,分析以蒸汽为传热介质和导热油为传热介质的2种能量流、能量流网络在热量利用效率方面存在的巨大差距及原因,指明利用导热油做为传热介质重构焦化能量流网络的效率优势,重点介绍利用导热油回收上升管焦炉荒煤气余热,形成“卡诺循环”高效传热网络并与粗苯、蒸氨等工艺用能耦合集成重构,构建新的运行模式。该系统的闭环、安全、稳定、有序运行,实现了焦化工艺用能的余热化、低碳化、工艺过程高效化。This paper reviews the development of energy flow and energy flow network in coking plant,and analyzes the great differences and causes of the heat utilization efficiency between the energy flow and energy flow network with steam as heat transfer medium and the heat conducting oil was used as heat transfer medium,the efficiency advantage of using heat conducting oil as heat transfer medium to reconstruct coking energy flow network is pointed out,and.the recovery of waste heat from coke oven gas in riser by using heat conducting oil is mainly introduced,a"Carnot cycle"high-efficiency heat transfer network is formed and integrated with the energy coupling of crude benzene and ammonia evaporation to form a new operation mode.The waste heat,low carbonization and high efficiency of the coking process has been realized with the closed-loop,safe,stable and orderly operation of the system.It has produced the remarkable flow carbon reduction effect,the environmental benefit and the enterprise economic benefit.
