基于全球钢铁企业绿色低碳发展实践的启示

摘　　要：采用实证分析方法,简要分析钢铁行业推动绿色低碳发展的必要性;介绍《联合国气候变化框架公约》《京都议定书》《巴黎协定》的核心内容;分析世界各国实现碳中和的路径。基于企业网站发布的信息,总结安赛乐米塔尔、浦项和中国宝武的绿色低碳发展实践,提出关于钢铁企业绿色低碳发展的启示:一是钢铁企业推进绿色低碳发展具有必要性和现实意义;二是钢铁企业推进绿色低碳发展理应坚持战略引领;三是钢铁企业宜结合自身实际选择绿色低碳发展路径;四是加快科技创新是钢铁企业推进绿色低碳发展的战略支撑;五是构建绿色生态圈是钢铁企业推进绿色低碳发展的重要保障。Empirical analysis was adopted.The importance of steel industry pushing green and low-carbon development was briefly analyzed.The key contents were introduced,the path to achieve carbon neutral worldwide was analyzed.Basing on the enterprise websites,the green and low-carbon development of Arcelor Mittal,POSCO,BAOWU were summarized.Some implications were put forwarded:first of all,it was of importance and reality for enterprises pushing green and low-carbon development.Secondly,iron and steel enterprises should adhere to strategic leadership in promoting green and low-carbon development.Thirdly,steel enterprises should make decision basing on their own situation as to green and low-carbon development path.Fourthly,accelerating technology innovation was strategic support for steel enterprises pushing green and low-carbon development.And the last,building green ecosphere made sure for steel enterprises pushing green and low-carbon development.
