摘 要:以不同Ti含量的Ti-Mo微合金钢为研究对象,利用OM、SEM及EDS对试验钢夹杂物进行了研究,探索Ti含量对Ti-Mo微合金钢TiN形成的影响规律。结果表明:TiN尺寸大小与Ti含量有较大关系,其尺寸随Ti含量升高而增大;N含量过高也会产生较多大尺寸的TiN及Ti(N,C)夹杂;本实验条件下,当Ti含量≤0.1%,降低N含量至0.0030%以下时,可有效控制大尺寸TiN形成,TiN夹杂尺寸<3μm.Ti-Mo micro-alloyed steels with different Ti content were studied by OM, SEM and EDS, and the effects of Ti content on the TiN formation in Ti-Mo micro-alloyed steels were explored. The results show that the size of TiN has a great relationship with the content of Ti, and its size increases with the increase of the content of Ti. Large size TiN and Ti(N,C) inclusions can be produced when N content is too high. Under this experimental conditions, when the content of Ti is less than or equal to 0.1% and the content of N is less than 0.003 0%, the formation of large TiN can be effectively controlled, and the inclusion size of TiN is less than 3 μm.
