摘  要:采用盐硝混酸溶解铁镍基合金N08825样品,加入高氯酸冒烟,然后采用铁镍铬元素基体匹配,滴加待测元素标准溶液方式制作校准曲线,测定过程采用内标法,实现了ICP-AES法测定铁镍基合金N08825中钼、铜、钛、铝、锰、磷、钒、钴等元素,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.73%~2.13%,测定结果与国家标准化学分析方法的测定结果一致,各元素校准曲线的线性相关系数均>0.999 5。The mixed acid of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid is used to dissolve FeNi-based alloy N08825 sample,and perchloric acid is added to make smoke.Then the calibration curve is made by matching the iron nickel chromium element matrix and dropping the standard solution of the elements to be measured.The internal standard method is used in the determination process to determine molybdenum,copper,titanium,aluminum,manganese,phosphorus,vanadium,cobalt and other elements in FeNi-based alloy N08825 by ICP-AES.The relative standard deviation of the determination results is 0.73%〜2.13%.The determination results are consistent with those of the national standard chemical analysis method.The linear correlation coefficients of the calibration curves of each element are greater than 0.9995.
