高含量钙硼清液肥的制备方法研究

摘　　要：采用螯合技术制备钙硼清液肥,首先将硼酸、乙醇胺、水在常温条件下搅拌制液体硼肥;然后进行液体钙硼肥的研究,筛选螯合剂的种类,优化工艺步骤及物料比例。在以甘露醇为螯合剂,添加量为3.4%,丙三醇为防冻剂,添加量为4.6%,再加入硼酸、乙醇胺、水搅拌30 min,加入硝酸钙于45℃搅拌反应30 min,制得钙硼清液肥样品。样品中ρ(钙)为155.8 g/L,ρ(硼)为13.1 g/L,达到预期目标。Calcium boron clear liquid fertilizer is prepared by chelation technology.Firstly,boric acid,ethanolamine and water are stirred at room temperature to prepare liquid boron fertilizer;Then the liquid calcium boron fertilizer is prepared,the types of chelating agents are screened,the production process and material ratio are optimized.The liquid calcium boron fertilizer sample is prepared by taking mannitol as chelating agent,adding 3.4%,glycerol as antifreeze,adding 4.6%,adding boric acid,ethanolamine and water,stirring for 30 min,adding calcium nitrate and stirring at 45℃for 30 min.The content of calcium and boron in the sample is 155.8 g/L and 13.1 g/L,meeting the expected goal.
