摘　　要：介绍浓磷酸法流程湿法磷酸工艺的原理、特点及现状。针对半水法流程的特点,从工艺流程、操作控制和装备设计等实施了有效改进,开发出新一代半水法流程,经装置设计建设和生产验证,达到了预期效果。The principle,characteristics and present situation of concentrated acid method wet-process phosphoric acid process are introduced.In view of the characteristics of process,effective improvement has been carried out from the aspects of process flow,operation control and equipment design,and a new generation of hemihydrate process has been developed.The expected results have been achieved through the device design,construction and production verification.
