萘系高效减水剂在胶磷矿浮选中的工业应用

摘　　要：以萘系高效减水剂作为碳酸盐、硅酸盐等脉石矿物的抑制剂,进行胶磷矿正反浮选工业试验。结果表明,在胶磷矿原矿w(P_(2)O_(5))17.36%、w(MgO)4.84%的条件下,经正反浮选工艺流程可得到磷精矿w(P_(2)O_(5))32.68%、w(MgO)0.76%,P_(2)O_(5)回收率81.14%的较好指标,且生产出的磷精矿沉降性能较好。The direct-reverse flotation test of collophanite is carried out with naphthalene-based superplasticizer as inhibitors of carbonate,silicate and other gangue minerals.The results show that under the conditions of raw rock w(P_(2)O_(5))17.36%,w(MgO)4.84%,through the direct-reverse flotation process,the phosphate concentrate with w(P_(2)O_(5))of 32.68%,w(MgO)of 0.76%,the P_(2)O_(5) recovery rate of 81.14%is obtained,and it has better sedimentation performance.
