摘  要:从电除尘器在硫酸生产中使用情况,阴阳极效能试验研究和升华硫结构、特性切入,研究电除尘器出口炉气温度高于进口的原因及影响因素,指出系统中产生升华硫对硫酸生产的危害。针对存在的问题,提出3个方面的改进措施:全面科学地控制焙烧炉的操作自动调节;提高生产管理科学化水平;根据市场经济规律和社情变化,建立2~4套科学生产预案。The cause and influencing factors of the higher gas outlet temperature of electrostatic precipitator than the inlet temperature are studied by reviewing the application of electrostatic precipitator in sulfuric acid production, the experimental study of anode and cathode efficiency and the structure and characteristics of sublimated sulfur. The harm of sublimated sulfur in the system to sulfuric acid production is pointed out. In view of the existing problems, three improvement measures are put forward: Comprehensive and scientific automatic control of baking furnace operation;Improve the scientific level of production management;According to the law of market economy and the change of social situation, establish 2-4 sets of scientific production plan.
