摘 要:以废弃餐盒及废弃快递袋为例,使用一字平行同向三螺杆挤出机制备了不同比例的废弃聚丙烯(WPP)、废弃聚乙烯(WPE)共混物。通过力学性能测试、微观形貌表征及热性能分析,对比研究了不同废弃聚烯烃共混物的性能。结果表明:WPE能够提升WPP/WPE共混物的韧性,WPP能够提升WPP/WPE共混物的拉伸强度和弹性模量,WPP的含量对WPP/WPE共混物的结晶行为影响更大。一字平行同向三螺杆挤出机能够改善两相不相容体系共混时的混合混炼效果。Taking waste lunch boxes and waste express bags as examples,blends of waste polypropylene(WPP)and waste polyethylene(WPE)with different proportions were prepared by a parallel co-rotating three-screw extruder.The properties of different waste polyolefin blends were studied by mechanical property test,micro morphology characterization and thermal performance analysis.The results show that WPE can improve the toughness of WPP/WPE blends,WPP can improve the tensile strength and elastic modulus of WPP/WPE blends,and the content of WPP has a greater impact on the crystallization behavior of WPP/WPE blends.The parallel co-rotating three-screw extruder can improve the mixing effect of two-phase incompatible systems.
