PTFE改性玻纤增强MPPO材料力学性能及耐摩擦磨损性能的研究

摘  要:采用直径为3.0μm的短玻纤(GF)(GF质量分数为20%)增强改性聚苯醚(MPPO),将其与粒径为5~7μm的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微粉和甲基苯基硅油构成摩擦因数较低的耐磨体系。通过熔融共混法制备PTFE改性GF增强MPPO材料(简称MPPO/20%GF复合材料)。对MPPO/20%GF复合材料的力学性能、热变形温度、摩擦因数和磨损质量进行测试,对比分析GF直径、PTFE粒径和PTFE添加量对MPPO/20%GF复合材料的强度、摩擦因数和耐热性的影响。结果表明:短GF、PTEF、甲基苯基硅油添加质量分数分别为20%、15%、2%的MPPO复合材料具有较高的力学强度,摩擦因数为0.3,磨损质量为3.5 mg,热变形温度达到135℃,综合性能最佳。The short glass fiber(GF)(GF mass fraction is 20%)with a diameter of 3.0μm was used to reinforce modified polyphenylene oxide(MPPO),which was combined with polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)powder(particle size is 5~7μm)and methyl phenyl silicone oil to form a wear-resistant system with low friction coefficient.PTFE modified GF reinforced MPPO(MPPO/20%GF composite)was prepared by melt blending.The mechanical properties,thermal deformation temperature,friction coefficient and wear amount of MPPO/20%GF composite were tested.The effects of GF diameter,PTFE particle size and PTFE addition on the strength,friction coefficient and heat resistance of MPPO/20%GF composite were compared and analyzed.The results show that MPPO composite with 20%,15%and 2%mass fraction of short GF,PTEF and methyl phenyl silicone oil has high mechanical strength,friction coefficient is 0.3,wear amount is 3.5 mg,thermal deformation temperature reaches 135℃,and comprehensive properties are the best.
