摘　　要：目的探讨ERAS护理模式联合功能锻炼对儿童发育性髋关节脱位患儿康复效果的影响。方法选取江西省儿童医院2018年1月至2019年1月诊治的儿童发育性髋关节脱位患儿中选取120例作研究对象,并按随机抽签法分组:将实行常规护理干预者设为对照组和将实行ERAS护理模式联合功能锻炼干预者设为研究组各60例。就两组患儿的康复效果、康复时间以及并发症发生率进行统计学分析。结果①研究组患儿的髋关节功能康复优良率(98.33%)高于对照组(85.00%)(χ^(2)=6.982,P=0.008);②研究组患儿术后下床时间、住院时间均短于对照组(t=23.214、40.889,均P=0.000);③研究组患儿并发症发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(18.33%)(χ^(2)=6.988,P=0.019)。结论ERAS护理模式联合功能锻炼用于儿童发育性髋关节脱位患儿临床护理中效果确切,可加速患儿康复进程,减少术后并发症,且对改善康复效果有积极影响。Objective To explore the effect of ERAS nursing mode combined with functional exercise on the rehabilitation of children with developmental dislocation of hip joint.Methods A total of 120 children with developmental hip dislocation treated in Jiangxi Children's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group according to random drawing method.The patients who received conventional nursing intervention were set as the control group,while the patients who received ERAS nursing mode combined with functional exercise intervention were set as the study group.The recovery effect,recovery time and complication rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results①The excellent and good rate of functional rehabilitation of hip joint in the study group(98.33%)was higher than that in the control group(85.00%)(χ^(2)=6.982,P=0.008).②The postoperative time of getting out of bed and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(t=23.214,40.889,P=0.000).③The incidence of complications in the study group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(18.33%)(χ^(2)=6.988,P=0.019).Conclusions ERAS nursing model combined with functional exercise is effective in clinical nursing of children with developmental hip dislocation,which can accelerate the rehabilitation process of children,reduce postoperative complications,and have a positive impact on improving the rehabilitation effect.
