摘　　要：服务型制造是先进制造业与现代服务业融合发展的新型模式。本文主要聚焦制造业转型发展,从经营理念、价值主张、制造逻辑和运营目标四个方面探讨了服务型制造为企业管理运营带来的变化,总结归纳服务型制造的典型发展模式。再从用户和企业的视角分析服务型制造对企业管理的影响,形成顾客价值与企业价值双赢格局。最后,给出企业转型发展的建议。Service-oriented manufacturing is a new development model that integrates advanced manufacturing and modern service industries.This paper mainly focuses on the transformation and development of manufacturing industry,discusses and analyzes the changes that service-oriented manufacturing brings to enterprise management and operation from the four aspects of business philosophy,value proposition,manufacturing logic and operation objectives,and summarizes the typical development mode of service-oriented manufacturing.Then we analyze the impacts of service-oriented manufacturing on enterprise management from the perspective of users and enterprises.Finally,we give some suggestions on enterprise transformation and development.
