四川不同产地何首乌中二苯乙烯苷和游离蒽醌含量的比较研究

摘　　要：初步比较四川5个不同产地何首乌药材的质量。方法:采用HPLC法同时测定何首乌中二苯乙烯苷、游离蒽醌(以大黄素和大黄素甲醚的总含量计)的含量。色谱柱:ZPRBAX SB-C18(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱;检测波长:254 nm;流速:1 mL/min;柱温:25℃。采用t检验对结果进行统计学分析。结果:不同产地何首乌中二苯乙烯苷含量有较大的差异:成都金堂显著高于遂宁和乐山(P<0.05),但与雅安和西昌没有显著性差异(P>0.05);雅安显著高于乐山和遂宁(P<0.05),与西昌没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。游离蒽醌的含量:成都金堂和遂宁显著高于西昌、乐山和雅安(P<0.05),且成都金堂和遂宁的游离蒽醌的含量没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:成都金堂何首乌中二苯乙烯苷和游离蒽醌的含量均较高。The quality of polygonum multiflorum from five different producing areas in Sichuan was compared.Methods:the contents of stilbene glycoside and free anthraquinone(calculated by the total content of emodin and emodin methyl ether)in polygonum multiflorum were determined by HPLC.Chromatographic column:zprbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);Mobile phase:methanol(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(B),gradient elution;Detection wavelength:254 nm;Flow rate:1 m L/min;Column temperature:25℃.The results were statistically analyzed by t-test.Results:the content of stilbene glycoside in polygonum multiflorum from different producing areas was significantly higher in Jintang,Chengdu than that in Suining and Leshan(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference with Ya’an and Xichang(P>0.05);Ya’an was significantly higher than Leshan and Suining(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference with Xichang(P>0.05).The content of free anthraquinone in Chengdu Jintang and Suining was significantly higher than that in Xichang,Leshan and Ya’an(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the content of free anthraquinone between Chengdu Jintang and Suining(P>0.05).Conclusion:the contents of stilbene glycoside and free anthraquinone in Chengdu Jintang polygonum multiflorum thunb are high.
