摘 要:采用山西省某地表水厂生活饮用水净化工艺(混凝/沉淀/过滤/消毒),在原水中投加不同盐基度(73%~88%)的聚氯化铝(PAC)混凝剂,投加量为2.0 mg/L(以Al_(2)O_(3)计),可控制沉淀水浊度在0.2NTU~0.4NTU,明显低于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)中规定的限值(1NTU)。盐基度不同,净化水中的残留铝质量浓度有较大差异,当PAC盐基度在73%、76%时,残留铝质量浓度超过0.20 mg/L的标准限值,当PAC盐基度在79%时,残留铝质量浓度接近0.20 mg/L的标准限值,在实际工艺中不能采用。随着盐基度升高,残留铝质量浓度逐渐降低。当盐基度为88%时,残留铝质量浓度降为0.1096 mg/L,说明高盐基度的PAC降低饮用水中残留铝效果显著。因此,可以优先选择高盐基度PAC作为生活饮用水的净化药剂。The drinking water purification process of a surface water plant in Shanxi Province was adopted(coagulation/precipitation/filtration/disinfection).Polyaluminum chloride(PAC)with different basicity(73%~88%)were added into raw water with the dosage of 2.0 mg/L(based on Al_(2)O_(3)).The turbidity of precipitated water could be controlled in the range of 0.2~0.4 NTU,which was significantly lower than the limit value(1 NTU)of the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2006).The mass concentration of residual aluminum in purified water varies greatly with different alkalinity.The content of residual aluminum exceeded the standard limit of 0.20 mg/L when PAC basicity were 73%and 76%.The content of residual aluminum was close to the standard limit of 0.20 mg/L when PAC basicity was 79%,which could not be used in the actual process.With the increasing of basicity,the residual aluminum content decreased gradually.When the basicity was 88%,the residual aluminum content decreased to 0.1096 mg/L,indicating that PAC with high basicity had a significant effect on reducing the residual aluminum in drinking water.Therefore,PAC with high basicity could be selected as the purification agent for drinking water.
