摘 要:针对浸渍活性炭的氨逸出问题,采用三因素三水平响应面设计法,以逸出氨量为指标,研究了不同流量、不同时间和不同温度下对浸渍活性炭逸出氨量的影响。响应面结果分析表明,当时间为90 min,流量为1.0 L/min,温度为30℃时,浸渍活性炭逸出氨量达到最大,为75.40μg,各个因素对浸渍活性炭逸出氨量影响大小顺序为:温度>时间>流量。In order to solve the problem of ammonia emission from the impregnated activated carbon,the effects of the temperature,the time and the rate of flow on the ammonia emission from the impregnated activated carbon were investigated by using a three-factor three-level response surface methodology.The results of response surface analysis showed that when the time was 90 min,the rate of flow was 1.0 L/min and the temperature was 30°C,the amount of ammonia emitted from the impregnated activated carbon reached a maximum of 75.40μg,and the order of the influence of the three factors on the amount of ammonia emitted from the impregnated activated carbon was:the temperature>the time>the rate of flow.
