摘　　要：浮式液化天然气船(FLNG)的概念出现已经很多年,目前已经投入商业运营的有壳牌的Prelude、马来西亚国家石油的PFLNG1,Golar的Hilli Episeyo以及Exmar的Tango FLNG等。FLNG项目静设备如塔器、压力容器、换热器等在浮式液化天然气装置上通常会受到与陆地上不同的外部载荷。介绍了FLNG项目静设备通常需要考虑的外部载荷及其考虑方法。The concept of floating liquefied natural gas ship or barge also known as FLNG has been in the market for years. There are already a few FLNG Vessel in commercial operation, such as the Shell’s Prelude, Petronas’ s PFLNG1,Golar Hilli Episeyo FLNG and Exmar’s Tango FLNG. Static equipment such as columns, pressure vessels, heat exchangers onboard of the FLNG vessel usually subject to different type of external loads as compared with a typical land based project. This article will summarize these external loads that are typical for a floating project as well as discussions on how they are usually considered by vendors.
