摘 要:在水力模型中,压缩是用绝热或多元方程模拟的,这些方程不考虑压缩机内的几何形状和内部流体流动过程。此外,在涉及这些方程的能量需求计算中,压缩机效率假定是固定的,而实际上,它随CO_(2)纯度的变化而变化。考虑到压缩机消耗了运输CO_(2)所需的大部分能量,详细分析杂质对机器性能的影响是制定压缩机选型和选择最佳程序的先决条件。为此,建立并验证了基于守恒定律的准维模型,详细研究了各种杂质对超临界压缩机性能的影响。结果表明压缩机的功率需求受到杂质的影响,并提供了压缩机尺寸、输入功和维持CO_(2)所需压力之间的关系。In the hydraulic model,compression is simulated by adiabatic or multivariate equations,which do not consider the geometry and internal fluid flow process in the compressor.In addition,in the energy demand calculation involving these equations,the compressor efficiency is assumed to be fixed.But in fact,it changes with the change of CO_(2) purity.Considering that the compressor consumes most of the energy required to transport CO_(2),a detailed analysis of the impact of impurities on the machine performance is a prerequisite for formulating the compressor selection and the best procedure.Therefore,a quasi-dimensional model based on conservation law is established and verified,and the effects of various impurities on the performance of supercritical compressor are studied in detail.The results show that the power demand of the compressor is affected by impurities,and provide the relationship between the size of the compressor,the input work and the pressure required to maintain CO_(2).
